Fits see the calendar right after the form. Those who leave without booking get an email reminding them to book, and the confirmation goes out once a call is booked. Each arrow shows the share of the step before; commissions count against all closes. Dashed: side paths. Letters are the data sources below.

The last two checks guard revenue, not volume: a close without its Sub ID cannot be paired with the partner's report. The Revenue Truth Check shows what that costs at month end.
Ten minutes, every morning
The map only helps if someone reads it at the same time every day.
4.1The routine
- Open the map. Read the reds first, then the ambers.
- Give every red an owner and a first action before 9:00.
- Post the map in the team channel, with the owners tagged.
- Ambers get a look today; if one is amber three mornings in a row, treat it as red.
- Log what broke and what fixed it, so the weekly review can count it.
