Rates are the share of the step before. Highlighted: the cell that costs the most closes.

Each step counts what happened in September, not one cohort. The platforms show 104 approved: these 101, plus 3 with no deal behind them, explained in the Revenue Truth Check.

1

What the dashboard says

The biggest drop is not always the biggest opportunity.

1.1The biggest opportunity: paid ads, booked to showed

closes a month, if this one step improved

Paid ads converts 48% at this step. The other sources sit around 74%. Closing that gap, and nothing else, adds about 11 closes a month: more than any other single fix.

How it is sized: lift one step of one source to the median of the other sources, then carry the extra founders through that source's own later steps.

2

Three experiments

One per step, ranked by the closes each could add a month if it works.

2.1What I would test first

  1. 1. A reason to come in every reminder

The 24-hour and 1-hour reminders already go out. Add the one thing the founder gets from the call, and a one-click link to move it.

    Paid ads, Content
    Measured by
Show rate, for calls booked from this source
  2. 2. A short prep video before the call

Send a two-minute video after booking, so the call starts from the next step.

    Showed to closed

    Paid ads, Content
    Measured by
Showed to closed, and call length
  3. 3. Time the reminder to book

Fits already see the calendar right after the form. For those who leave without booking, test sending the reminder to book one hour later against the current delay.

    Fit to booked
    For
    Paid ads, Content

Fit to booked, within 48 hours of the opt-in

The size is a ceiling, not a forecast: it assumes each source reaches the median of the others at that step.
